Nordwand is a German-Austro-Swiss production. This film is about the climbing of Eiger's North Face one of the most important challanges for climbers.
It'll be released on October 23th in Germany, but I have seen it yesterday in premiere. Don't know if it was the big screen, or the emotion of watching a movie with other 8'000, or my fear of climbing, but I think that rarely a movie captured me as this one. In a warm middle summer night I was freezing when on the screen the snow appeared.
Don't wanna tell you no more, but whenever you'll have the opportunity to watch this movie, don't miss it.
